Departing daily from Airlie Beach this tour takes in all the must see spots – including Hill Inlet, Whitehaven Beach and some of the amazing coral reefs that are dotted around the islands. It’s like packing 3 days into one!
You’ve got two options to choose from depending on how you want to spend your day on the Whitsundays;
Northern Exposure (more snorkel time): For those who love to be in the water this trip has exclusive direct access to the Hill Inlet Beach for some incredible snorkelling and wandering around the pools of this iconic part of The Whitsundays. Explore Whitehaven Beach and enjoy a guided walk of Whitsundays National Park
Southern Lights (more beach time): If you’re looking to chill out and top up your tan this is the way to go! You’ll spend at least two hours soaking up the beauty of Whitehaven Beach, enjoying guided walks through the National Park and some stunning views over Hill Inlet before heading to some amazing snorkelling spots.
Whichever option you choose it’s the ideal way to see the Whitsunday Islands if you’re short on time!

What’s Included (Northern Exposure):
Explore the restricted area of Hill Inlet at Whitehaven Beach. Join our guided walk to the stunning views at Hill Inlet lookout and visit several Hook Island snorkel sites. Tour includes courtesy bus pickup, personalised snorkel instruction, reef and island naturalist talks, guided National Park Walk, snorkel floatation devices, use of snorkel equipment and cake for afternoon tea.
What’s Included (Southern Lights):
Visit both the northern and southern ends of Whitehaven Beach. Join our guided walk to the Hill Inlet Lookout and snorkel for over an hour at Border Island, Dumbell Island or one of our secret snorkel spots. We will visit the best spot on the day, weather depending. Tour includes courtesy bus pickup, personalised snorkel instruction, reef and island naturalist talks, guided National Park walk, snorkel floatation devices, use of snorkel equipment and cake for afternoon tea.
Departs: 8.45am, Abell Point Marina North (next to Sorrento Restaurant & Bar), Airlie Beach.
Returns: 3.30pm
Courtesy coach pick ups from 7.45am – 8.30am
Buffet style lunch $16 per person.
Drinks, snacks and wetsuit hire are optional extras.

Office hours 7am till 8.30pm – 7 days a week. Water, softdrinks and chocolates for sale on boat. Optional buffet style lunch ($16) and wetsuit/stinger suit hire is payable direct to Ocean Rafting on check in. Prescription masks also available for hire. Northern Exposure Tours depart Abell Point Marina North (next to Sorrento Restaurant & Bar) in Airlie Beach daily at 8.45am and return at 3.30pm.
