This day trip to Nimbin on board the Happy Coach from Byron Bay is packed full of fun!

You’ll soak up some incredible views from Byron Bay lighthouse across Tallows Beach before heading inland through the Byron Hinterland to the famous hippie town of Nimbin.

Often referred to as the Amsterdam of Australia this town was made famous back in the 70s with the Aquarius Festival – which turned Nimbin into a hub of counter culture hippie vibes – something which continues today and is celebrated at the annual MardiGrass Festival!

You’ll also stop off en route at E;tham Hotel for some locally sourced lunch, the stunning Killan Falls and also explore Nimbin Rocks – a sacred site to the Bundjalung people of the area.
