Day 1
ARRIVE IN MANILA
Today we pick you up from the airport and take you to our hotel in the lively district of Makati. We give everyone time to arrive and relax a bit before we all meet up for welcome dinner/drinks and get to know each other!
Day 2
TRAVEL TO PALAWAN & LOCAL LUNCH WITH FAMILY
We head to the airport in the morning and catch a flight to Puerto Princesa – the gateway to Palawan. From here we get private vans directly to a beautiful, quiet fishing village named Port Barton. On the way we stop and have lunch with a local family, getting a feel for the local cuisine and way of life.
Day 3
PORT BARTON ISLAND HOPPING
Today we hop on a boat and explore the beautiful islands around Port Barton. We head out to several snorkel spots to look for turtles, view the reef and see some amazing beaches. We top at a small fishing village for a local style lunch (included) and then afterwards head to a waterfall. In the evening we check out some of the best bars in town.
Day 4
TRAVEL TO EL NIDO & WATERFALLS
We pack our stuff and get in private vans bound for one of the most popular destinations in the Philippines – El Nido! We stop at a waterfall on the way for a swim and chill out. After getting settled into our El Nido accommodation we head out for dinner and explore the nightlife.
Day 5
EL NIDO ISLAND HOPPING
Today we experience the world-class island hopping that made El Nido famous. We visit some of the best locations El Nido has to offer and enjoy a delicious local-style lunch. We arrive back at the hotel by sunset and meet again later for dinner.
Day 6
NACPAN BEACH & ZIPLINE
Today we explore El Nido by land. We first head to Nacpan beach, also known as El Nido’s twin beaches to chill and enjoy some quality beach time. We have the option to visit another waterfall before zip lining across the ocean to an island on the Las Cabanas beach zipline. We enjoy the sunset at the beach and then head back into town.
Day 7
BOAT TO CORON & BEGIN CASTAWAY EXPERIENCE
This morning we get an early start and catch the fast boat to Coron Island. After a break for lunch we embark on our 3 day/2 night Red Carabao Coron Castaway Expedition! We stay at Camp Carabao – a private beach with basic beach-style bungalow accommodation. We get a feel for the local Tagbanua way of life by meeting some of the locals and participating in some cultural activities before ending the night with local alcohol tasting around the bonfire.
Day 8
CULION TOWN & SNORKELING
We head out for an exciting day of island hopping and local history. We visit Culion town for lunch, and spend the rest of the day snorkeling at shipwrecks and island hopping. We return to Camp Carabao where we enjoy a local Filipino dinner after an optional beach clean-up.
Day 9
LAGOON & LAKE VISIT + ARRIVE TO CORON
It’s time to make our way back to Coron Island because we spend the night back in Coron town. We visit the lake and lagoon that made Coron famous in the morning before returning to Coron town for the night. Optional hike up to the viewpoint for sunset before having our farewell dinner.
Day 10
FLY TO CEBU
Today we board a flight to Cebu airport and head to our hotel where we will spend the first night. Where we settle in for our first night in the east islands of the Philippines. In the evening we enjoy some dinner and a few drinks.
Day 11
MOALBOAL, SARDINE RUN
Today we jump on our private mini bus to MoalBoal, a cool little town right on the beach. Once we have checked in to our hotel we grab our snorkels and head into the water to swim with millions of Sardines.
Day 12
ISLAND BOAT TRIP, SNORKELLING & TURTLES
We board a boat for the day and head to some local islands to see some amazing coral reefs, tropical fish and hopefully some turtles. Optional diving is available. In the evening we head out to the best bars in town to enjoy the local nightlife
Day 13
KAWASAN WATERFALLS
We head to one of the most breath taking waterfalls in the Philippines, Kawasan waterfall. We spend a full day floating downstream and swimming through some of the most amazing scenery you have ever seen. Followed by a lazy evening to recharge before moving to our next destination.
Day 14
TRAVEL TO SIQUIJOR ISLAND
Today we travel to the beautiful island of Siquijor and arrive early afternoon where we will check into our accommodation. You will have the rest of the afternoon to chill by the pool or on the beach.
Day 15
EXPLORE SIQUIJOR ISLAND
We explore the islands highlights and hidden gems. Famous for its faith healers, we visit these local legends to see what they get up to, check out epic mountain views, local caves and waterfalls and finish off at the beach.
Day 16
TRAVEL TO SIARGAO ISLAND
We grab a ferry from Siquijor back to the mainland where we head to the airport and catch a flight to Siargao Island, well known for its beautiful beaches and dubbed as “The Surfing Capital of the Philippines”. We will arrive early evening and check into the resort where we are based for the final three nights. We go for a group dinner and then you will have the option to chill for the evening or check out the towns nightlife.
Day 17
SURF LESSON AND BEACH DAY
Today you get the opportunity to try the sport that made Siargao famous – surfing! We set you up with a knowledgeable instructor and get you on some waves that are perfect for beginners. Afterward, we have a chill beach day and enjoy the resort facilities. We then again have the option of having a chiller evening or going out and enjoying the towns lively backpacker nightlife scene!
Day 18
ISLAND BOAT TRIP
Today we visit three different beautiful islands just off the coast of Siargao Island. You will spend the day snorkeling in the crystal clear waters, chilling on white sand beaches and generally having fun in the sun. As it is our last night we will arrange a farewell dinner to cap an awesome 10 days.
Day 19
CHILLED CHECKOUT
Check out day! The fun doesn’t have to stop here if you’re traveling on our expert Group Leaders will help you book everything you need to get to where you’re heading, whether that be on to some more islands or back to the airport to catch a flight, we’ve got you covered!
